Campaigns & Email: Drag, drop, send. No designer needed.
Drag blocks onto a canvas to send emails, texts and WhatsApp messages, wait, and split on Yes or No. Or tell Aria what you want and she drafts it for you. Email goes from your own mailbox or domain. When a customer replies, Aria picks up the conversation and hands off to your team when needed. Campaigns are on Ultra Flow and up.
- A person starts every campaign
- Consent checked before every send
- Sent from your own mailbox
Example of the Campaign Designer at Riverton Motors, a fictional dealership: the Campaigns tab is open, with Emails, SMS and Analytics beside it. On the left is the Blocks list (Joins a list, Send email, Send text message, Send WhatsApp, Wait, Yes/No split, Create a task). On the canvas, a campaign starts when someone joins the Hybrid SUV shoppers list, sends an email, waits 2 days and splits on whether the email was opened: Yes creates a task to call and book a test drive, and a Send text message block is dragged onto the No branch. Refine with Aria then polishes the email subject.
The problem at your store
Your best lists sit in spreadsheets while replies go nowhere.
Aged leads and past customers sit in exports, and BDC call lists take days to work. Mass emails go out from no-reply addresses, so the customers who answer are never heard, and every send looks the same.
-
Lists that never get worked
Last quarter’s shoppers and past customers sit in spreadsheets nobody has time to open.
-
Call lists that take days
Working a few hundred names by hand ties up the BDC, and the list goes stale while it waits.
-
Replies sent to no-reply
Generic emails from a no-reply address lose the customer who writes back, and every send looks like the last one.
What the research says Industry research, not QualiFlow results.
The aged leads on your lists were already paid for.

Capabilities
Outreach you approve, replies Aria handles
Build a campaign block by block, or let Aria draft it from a goal. Four tabs keep it together: Campaigns, Emails, SMS templates and Analytics to compare campaigns. Nothing goes out until a person starts it.
-
Exact audiences and triggers
Start from a list, picked contacts or a contact field. Or start when something happens, like a form, a booked visit or a new vehicle that matches.
-
A drag-and-drop designer
Send an email, text or WhatsApp, wait, split on Yes or No, update tags and lists, notify the team or hand off to Aria. Zoom, pan and a mini-map keep big flows easy to read, and Refine with Aria polishes any text.
-
Eligibility checked for everyone
Consent, opt-outs, quiet hours and contact limits are checked for each person before every send, and every skip shows why.
-
Replies stay in context
Replies land in the customer’s conversation. Aria answers and hands off to your team, and the campaign waits while anyone is talking.
-
An Emails tab for dealers
Write an email, design one with blocks or import your own HTML. Save templates and your brand, add vehicle cards, preview on desktop and mobile, and send a test.
-
From your dealership’s mailbox
Email goes from your own mailbox, or from your own email domain (such as marketing@yourstore.com) connected through DNS, and replies come back to your Inbox. There is no QualiFlow fallback sender.
-
Nothing starts on its own. Only the Owner, or someone they allow to start campaigns, can start one. Aria drafts campaigns but never starts them.
-
Pause or cancel anytime. Opt-outs cancel queued messages instantly, across campaigns and journeys. Every message is marked service or marketing, and a marketing unsubscribe never stops service messages like appointment reminders.
-
Results for every campaign. After it starts, each campaign has Builder, Results, People and Runs. Results show delivery, opens and clicks (“Not recorded” when nothing was tracked), Aria engagement and associated outcomes, and why anyone was skipped.
How it works
From a blank canvas to booked test drives
A campaign takes four steps, and nothing goes out until a person starts it.
-
Pick the trigger or audience
Start from a list, picked contacts or a contact field, or from something that happens, like a form or a booked visit.
-
Drag in the blocks
Send, wait, Yes or No, update the contact or tell your team. Or let Aria create the campaign from one sentence and list what is left for you to set.
-
Start it
See who it reaches and what Aria and the journeys already send at that moment, then start now or schedule it.
-
Replies land in the Inbox
Replies land in the customer’s conversation. Aria answers, qualifies and books, and your team can take over anytime.
The hybrid shipment just landed
Picture the BDC manager at Riverton Motors, a fictional dealership, who wants last quarter’s hybrid SUV shoppers to know. Here is how one campaign turns into booked test drives.
-
Monday, 4:00 PM
The BDC manager starts a campaign for last quarter’s shoppers who asked about hybrid SUVs but didn’t buy.
-
Monday, 4:05 PM
She drags in one email, “The new hybrid shipment arrived: book a test drive this week”, and a text two days later.
-
Tuesday, 9:40 AM
Before Start, she sees how many people it reaches and what already goes out to them. The sales manager starts it.
-
Tuesday, from 10:05 AM
Replies flow into the Inbox, and test drives land on the calendar, like Casey’s Thursday drive in a RAV4 Hybrid.
What you can measure
Results from sent to associated sales
Each campaign reports what happened to every recipient, with the denominator shown, so you know exactly how a list performed.
- Entered, sent and kept out, with the reason for everyone kept out
- Delivery, recipient activity, Aria engagement and associated outcomes. Appointments and sales are associated, not caused
- Every started campaign side by side in Compare campaigns
- Pauses, stops and corrections recorded on the campaign
The report shows demo data for a fictional store. Your numbers come from your own campaigns once you start sending.
Demo data example of a campaign report for the hybrid SUV shoppers campaign: 186 customers selected, 168 sent, 41 replied and 12 test drives booked. 18 customers were excluded before sending: 11 opted out and 7 had no contact permission. Funnel: 168 sent (90% of 186), 161 delivered (96% of sent), 41 replied (25% of delivered), 12 test drives booked (29% of replied) and 3 sold (25% of booked).
FAQ
Questions dealers ask about campaigns
Straight answers about approval, opt-outs, replies and email.
Is this mass texting?
No. Campaigns go by email, text or WhatsApp, and you choose exactly who they reach. Each person is checked for consent, opt-outs, quiet hours and contact limits right before every send. A person starts every campaign, and the reason for each skip is shown.
Who approves a campaign?
The Owner, or someone they allow to start campaigns. Aria can draft a campaign for you, but only a person starts it. You can pause a campaign at any time.
Where do the replies go?
Into the customer’s existing conversation in your Inbox. Aria answers questions, qualifies and books, and hands off to your team when needed. Your team can take over with one click.
Which address does campaign email come from?
Your dealership’s own connected Google, Microsoft or business mailbox, or your own email domain connected through DNS records, with senders such as marketing@yourstore.com. There is no QualiFlow fallback sender, so replies come back to you.
Can we use our own email designs?
Yes. In the Emails tab you can write an email, design one with drag-and-drop blocks or import your own HTML. Add vehicle cards from your inventory, use Refine with Aria to polish the words, preview on desktop and mobile, and send a test first.
Every lead gets a reply
Never leave a lead waiting until morning.
Aria answers, qualifies and books test drives around the clock, in English, Spanish and French, inside the rules you set.
Smart Flow · Card required. Subscription charges automatically after seven days unless cancelled; optional guided onboarding is charged upfront. Nothing goes out to customers until you connect your channels and approve Aria’s go-live checklist.
