Give QualiFlow support temporary access

The Owner can let QualiFlow support view the whole app, read only, for 1, 24 or 72 hours, answer support's requests, see every page they open, and end the access at any time. Support can never send or change anything.

What it is

QUALIFLOW SUPPORT ACCESS lets the QualiFlow support team look at your account the way you see it, so they can help without screenshots. It is off until the workspace Owner turns it on, it is read only, and it ends by itself.

While it is on, support can open every page of the app as you, read only. Support can also ask for access first: you then approve or decline their request on the same card (see "How QualiFlow support can access your account").

It is in Settings → Your profile → Sign-in & security (Staff: Settings → Sign-in & security), on the QualiFlow support access card.

How to use it

  1. Open Settings → Your profile and select the Sign-in & security tab.
  2. On QualiFlow support access, choose how long: 1 hour, 24 hours or 72 hours (3 days).
  3. Select Give support access, read what support can and can't do, and select Give access.
  4. The card now says "Support can view your account, read only" and when it ends.
  5. If support sent a request, the card shows "QualiFlow support asks to view your account" with who is asking and why. Choose 1 hour, 24 hours or 3 days and select Approve, or select Decline.
  6. To stop early, select End access now, then End access. If support is viewing your account at that moment, their view closes at once.
  7. Or ask Nora: "let support see my account", "give QualiFlow support access for 24 hours" or "revoke support access". She prepares a card; select Confirm.

What the data means

What support can see: every page of the app, as you, read only, with a banner on their screen: "Viewing as (your name) · read only · until (end time)". What support can't do: send or reply to any message, change settings, delete anything, act as you, or mark your messages as read.

How access was given: in Settings, through Nora, or when support asked (you approved their request). All three work the same way.

Access log: every request, approval, decline, grant and end, and every page support opens ("Support asked to view your account", "You approved access for 24 hours", "Support opened Inbox (read only)", "Support stopped viewing your account"), with who and when, newest first. Pages are named in plain words, for example Inbox, Contact profile or Settings → Connections → SMS & calls, never a raw address or a record id.

Who can give it: only the workspace Owner. Staff see the status and the log with "Only the workspace Owner can give QualiFlow support access." Through Nora, 24 hours is used when no length is named; she asks when you name another length.

Possible issues and fixes

Support says they can't see my conversations

Symptom: QualiFlow support asks you to give access, or says it ended.

Why: Access is off, or the time you chose ran out.

Fix: The Owner opens Sign-in & security and selects Give support access again, or asks Nora.

How to check: The card says "Support can view your account, read only" with the end time.

I don't see Give support access or Approve

Symptom: The card shows the status, requests and log, but no buttons.

Why: Only the workspace Owner can give or end support access, or answer a support request.

Fix: Ask your Owner to give it, from Settings or by asking Nora.

How to check: The status on your card changes to show the access and its end time.
