What it is
The welcome video is a short introduction to QualiFlow. It plays once by itself, in the middle of the screen, the first time you open Overview in your workspace (never over Settings or another page). Owners see it after setup; invited teammates see it on their first visit.
It never plays during workspace setup or Aria setup. The welcome tour starts after the video closes.
How to use it
- Select your name and picture at the top right to open the account menu.
- Select Watch the welcome video.
- Click the video (or press Space or Enter) to pause or play it. If it is playing silently, the first click turns the sound on.
- Select Skip or press Esc to close it.
What the data means
The video has no player controls. A big play icon shows while it is paused.
QualiFlow remembers, for each person and workspace, that the video was watched or skipped. It doesn't start by itself again, on any device.
Possible issues and fixes
The welcome video didn't play on my first visit
Symptom: You opened the workspace and no video appeared.
Why: The tab was in the background, another dialog was open, it was already watched or skipped on another device, or it couldn't load.
Fix: Open the account menu under your name and select Watch the welcome video.
How to check: The video plays in the middle of the screen.
The video plays without sound
Symptom: The video plays with a Click for sound pill.
Why: The browser blocks sound until you click.
Fix: Click the video once. Also check your computer's volume and that the tab isn't muted.
How to check: The Click for sound pill disappears and you hear the sound.
Watch the welcome video is missing from the menu
Symptom: The account menu doesn't offer the video.
Why: It is hidden while you are in Aria setup.
Fix: Leave Aria setup, for example by opening Overview, then open the account menu again.
