Create with Nora

Type the goal of a marketing campaign in a sentence and Nora prepares a Campaign Designer draft from your own forms, lists and emails. You review it on the canvas. Nora never starts, sends, schedules or approves it.

What it is

Create with Nora helps you build a marketing campaign from a short goal, such as "Thank new buyers, then offer a first service after 30 days if they didn't book". When a detail is missing — what starts it, what happens first, or which channel — Nora asks one short question at a time in chat, then prepares the canvas draft. She never invents a full campaign graph until those basics are clear. She chooses the trigger, the steps, the waits and the Yes/No questions, and picks your own forms, lists, smart lists, emails, SMS templates, WhatsApp templates and team members by their names.

She understands:

  • "If they didn't book": a Yes/No question Booked a visit since joining this campaign, with the follow-up on No.
  • Times in your dealership's time zone: "next Monday at 10am" is Monday 10:00 where your dealership is, never "send now".
  • "Every time": the same person can go through the campaign again each time it starts for them. Otherwise each person goes through it once.
  • Team roles: "notify the sales manager" notifies the person whose job is Sales manager.

The result is always a Draft marked Needs review. Nora never starts, sends, schedules or approves a campaign. You check it on the canvas and select Start yourself. Aria follows up remains the name of that block, and Aria campaigns remain the separate Owner outreach.

Campaigns are marketing: they go only to people who agreed to marketing on that channel, and every message carries unsubscribe or STOP.

How to use it

  1. Open Campaigns and select Create with Nora. Owners only. This creates a blank draft marked Needs review and opens it in the Campaign Designer with Nora.
  2. In the shared Nora chat, say what the campaign should do. You can mention Email, Text message or WhatsApp.
  3. If something is unclear, Nora asks one short question (for example what should start it, or which channel). Answer that, then she continues. She does not fill the whole canvas until those basics are settled.
  4. When the brief is ready, Nora prepares the steps on the canvas. She never starts the campaign. A step that still needs a workspace record says what to choose, such as "Pick a form".
  5. If you edit the canvas while Nora is answering, your newer edits stay. Ask again to continue.
  6. Review the draft, fill in what is missing and select Start when you are ready. A typed yes does not start it.
  7. Not what you wanted? Tell Nora another way to say the goal, or build the rest yourself.

What the data means

Draft · Needs review: the campaign is saved as a draft. Nothing is sent until you start it in the designer. Steps marked Yes or No sit under a Yes/No question, Yes steps first. "People can go through this campaign every time" means it is set to Every time (from "every time", "each time" or "whenever" in your goal); change it in the designer's campaign settings.

Email drafted by Aria: no existing email fitted, so Aria wrote one in Campaigns → Emails → Let Aria write my email. Review it there, save it as an email, then choose it in that step. When you named an email template, Aria says so on the step instead: a template is a starting point, so create an email from it in Campaigns → Emails, then choose it.

Nora's notes: what Nora changed or left for you, for example a form she could not find, or steps she joined in the order she listed them. Each try uses a small amount of your AI credits, like other campaign AI help.

Aria follows up: only an Owner can add this step. Aria then talks with each person one to one under the Aria Campaigns rules. When that block is not available, Nora adds a task for your team instead.

Possible issues and fixes

"Nora could not build a campaign from that goal"

Symptom: Nora says this in the chat and the canvas stays as you left it.

Why: Nora's answer was not a campaign she could use, even after a second try. If the message says Nora took too long, the AI service was slow.

Fix: Say the goal more simply, with one trigger and a few steps, or build the campaign yourself in the designer.

How to check: Ask Nora again and the steps appear on the canvas, still marked Needs review.

A step says "Pick a form" or "Choose which email to send"

Symptom: A step in the preview has a choice left.

Why: Nora only uses records that exist in your workspace. When nothing fitted, she leaves the choice to you.

Fix: Select the step on the canvas and choose the form, list or email.

How to check: The designer no longer lists the step when you select Start.

"Send once" has the wrong time, or asks "When should this send?"

Symptom: The canvas asks for a date and time, or the time is not the one you meant.

Why: Times are your dealership's local time (Settings → Locations). A time Nora could not read, or one already past, is asked instead of being sent at once.

Fix: Pick the date and time on the step, or change it in the designer.

How to check: The first step says "Send once on" with your day and time.

A text message step is empty

Symptom: A "Send a text message" step says "write it".

Why: Nora never writes prices, discounts or offers she cannot check, so she cleared that text.

Fix: Write the text yourself in the designer.

How to check: The step shows your text.
