What it is
The welcome tour is a short guided look at QualiFlow. Each step highlights the real sidebar item it talks about. It starts by itself on Overview, after the welcome video, on your first visit. It never starts over Settings or any other page, and never during workspace setup or Aria setup.
Owners and Staff see different tours:

How to use it
- Select your name and picture at the top right to open the account menu.
- Select Replay the welcome tour.
- Select Show me around on the first step.
- Move with Next and Back, the step dots or the arrow keys.
- On the last step select Finish. Skip tour (or Esc) closes it early; on the last step it reads Close tour.
- Owners: on Connect your channels, select Connect now to close the tour and open Settings → Connections.
What the data means
Finishing, closing on the last step or Connect now counts as completed. Closing earlier counts as skipped. Either way, the tour doesn't start by itself again, on any device.
If the item a step points at isn't visible, for example on a narrow window, the step shows in the middle of the screen instead.
Possible issues and fixes
The tour didn't start, or I skipped it by accident
Symptom: You want to see the tour again.
Why: It starts by itself only once, on Overview, after the welcome video, when no other dialog is open. If you open another page while it is showing (for example Settings), it closes without counting as skipped and starts again the next time you open Overview.
Fix: Open the account menu under your name and select Replay the welcome tour. The entry is hidden while Aria setup is open.

A step points at nothing
Symptom: A tour step shows in the middle of the screen.
Why: The menu item it describes isn't visible: the window is narrow or the sidebar is collapsed to icons.
Fix: Widen the window, or open the sidebar with Open navigation, then replay the tour.
How to check: The step highlights the real menu item.
I selected Connect now, but nothing is connected
Symptom: Settings → Connections opened, but no channel is connected.
Why: Connect now only closes the tour and opens Connections. It connects nothing by itself.
Fix: On Settings → Connections, select Set up on each channel you use.
How to check: The channel's tile shows Connected.
