Onboarding fees

The onboarding fee pays for our team to set up QualiFlow with you. It is a one-time charge on your first invoice. It is optional on Smart Flow and included on Ultra Flow and Scale Flow.

What it is

The onboarding fee is a one-time charge for our team to set QualiFlow up with you: your channels, Aria and your first journeys. It is added to your first invoice when you choose your plan.

What it is
PlanOnboarding fee
Smart Flow$750, optional
Ultra FlowIncluded in your quote
Scale FlowIncluded in your quote
Dealer FlowSet in your Dealer Flow plan
The bottom of the Choose your plan page, with the Add guided onboarding box ($750 one time, optional on Smart Flow) beside the total due today.

How to use it

  1. When you choose your plan after sign-up, check the onboarding line.
  2. On Smart Flow, tick it if you want our team to set you up. On Ultra Flow and Scale Flow it is always included.
  3. Pay. The fee is on the same invoice as your first plan payment.
  4. See it later in Settings → Billing → Payment history.

What the data means

Paid once: renewing after a cancel doesn't charge it again. Upgrading to Ultra Flow or Scale Flow adds that plan's fee only if you haven't paid an onboarding fee before.

Refunds: once onboarding has started, the fee can't be refunded.

Possible issues and fixes

I was charged an onboarding fee when I upgraded

Symptom: The upgrade invoice has an onboarding line.

Why: Ultra Flow and Scale Flow include onboarding, and you hadn't paid an onboarding fee before (for example on Smart Flow without it).

Fix: Our team schedules your onboarding. Ask in Support if you have questions.

How to check: The line shows on the invoice in Payment history.
