What it is

How to use it
- Open Aria Lab and select Widgets.
- Select the widget and read Live on your website:.
- If it says Not yet, work down the reasons. Select the button next to a reason to open its fix.
- Under Website access, check Allowed websites · up to 10, one per line. Add your site's https address, for example https://www.example.com, without page paths.
- After any change, save and select Publish this version. Saving a published widget puts it back to Draft.
- Open your website in a new browser tab and check the bubble shows.
What the data means
Live on your website: Yes means visitors can chat now. Not yet lists each reason, for example: the widget isn't published, no https address is added under Website access, the chat has no location or its location is inactive, AI is turned off, Pause all sending is on, Aria's replies on live channels are off, the chat's agent has no published version or is paused or set to Off (staff replies), or the location has no approved response policy.
The www and plain addresses of your site both work. Test addresses such as localhost are for developers and don't make the chat live.
