Check your email (6-digit code)

QualiFlow emails you a 6-digit code to prove the mailbox is yours after sign-up, on a new device, at every sign-in if you asked for it, and when you reset your password.

What it is

Check your email is the step where you type the 6-digit code QualiFlow emailed you. It proves you control the mailbox before a session opens or a password changes. Nobody is signed in until the code is entered, so reloading the page does not skip it.

A small label at the top says why the code was sent:

How to use it

  1. Open the newest email from QualiFlow. The code is in the email, never in the subject line.
  2. Type the 6 digits into 6-digit code, or paste them. A pasted code submits by itself.
  3. Select the button (Verify email, Verify and log in or Continue).
  4. No email? Wait for the countdown (Send a new code in 0:45), then select Send a new code. Only the newest code works.
  5. Wrong address? Select Wrong email? Start again, Back to log in or Use a different email to go back.

What the data means

A code lasts 10 minutes and allows 5 tries. You can ask for a new code 60 seconds after the last one, up to 5 times for each step.

After a NEW DEVICE code, QualiFlow remembers that browser for 30 days. A new browser, a private window or cleared cookies count as a new device.

The email comes from "QualiFlow <no-reply@qualiflow.ai>". Its subject is "Confirm your email for QualiFlow", "Your QualiFlow sign-in code", "Confirm it's you signing in to QualiFlow" or "Reset your QualiFlow password".

Google and Microsoft sign-ins never ask for this code. Two-step verification still applies to them.

Possible issues and fixes

The code email never arrives

Symptom: No email after a minute or two.

Why: It went to spam or a Promotions tab, the address was mistyped, or too many codes were asked for. The screen shows only a short form of the address, such as "s•••@example.com".

Fix: Search spam for "QualiFlow" and mark it as not spam. Check the first letter and domain of the address. Then select Send a new code.

How to check: The new email arrives and its code works.

"That code didn't work" or "Too many wrong codes"

Symptom: The code is refused, or the page says to start again.

Why: The code was mistyped, came from an older email, or 5 wrong tries were used.

Fix: Use the code from the newest email. After "Too many wrong codes", select the back link and start again to get a new code.

How to check: The next correct code moves you on.

"This code has expired or was used"

Symptom: You are sent back to the form with this message.

Why: The code is older than 10 minutes, or it was already used.

Fix: Start again from the form. QualiFlow sends a fresh code.

How to check: Check your email appears with a new countdown.

"You've asked for the most codes we can send for this step"

Symptom: Send a new code stops working.

Why: There is a limit of 5 sends per step, 8 code emails an hour per person and 20 an hour per network.

Fix: Wait about an hour, then start again.

How to check: A new code email arrives.
