Guides in this topic
- Read the OverviewThe Overview is the first page after you sign in. It shows who is waiting for your team, what is overdue, how inquiries, visits and sales are trending, and quick ways into everyday tasks, for the location selected in the header.
- Clear the Overview warningsWhat the Awaiting staff card, the Aria status card, the "Connect your dealership's email" banner and Overdue tasks mean on the Overview, and the exact steps to clear each one.
- Use Analytics: tabs, filters and the SummaryAnalytics shows your leads, response times, appointments, sales and team results for a period you choose, with a definition for every number and the records behind it. Owners see every tab; Staff need Analytics view from their Owner.
- Advanced analytics and the weekly and monthly report emailsAnalytics → Advanced compares what buyers ask for with what you have in stock, shows where inquiries stall and where customers come from, and how owners come back. Ultra Flow and up also get a weekly summary email and a monthly report email.
- Read the Funnel and Channels tabs in AnalyticsThe Funnel follows each person with a lead in the period from their first lead to delivery. Channels compares where leads came from, how fast and how often you replied, what was delivered and which channels end in agreed sales.
- Analytics for Chatbot, Forms, Campaigns, Journeys and CallsAnalytics brings every area's numbers together. The Summary's Across QualiFlow board shows each area with its change against the previous period, and the Chatbot, Forms, Campaigns, Journeys and Calls tabs show the details for the period in the date bar, with CSV and Excel export.
- Why Analytics figures differ from what I expectAnalytics counts only real, recorded activity with fixed definitions. Most differences come from the period, the location switch, a filter, or two measures that sound alike but count different things.
- Top questions and inquiries (Analytics → Questions)Analytics → Questions shows the questions customers ask most, grouped, and the things they inquire about most (vehicles, test drives, financing, trade-ins, service, price, availability, hours and location) across every channel. Ultra Flow and up, Owners only.
- Read the Sales & delivery, Team & Aria and Campaigns tabsThree Analytics tabs show agreed sales and deliveries per currency, how Aria and your team shared the work, and what your campaigns reached. Team & Aria is for Owners only.
- Manage tasks in My WorkMy Work is one page with four tabs. Tasks is your team's open to-do list, with an owner, a due time and linked records for every task; Needs attention is a ranked queue of decisions; Commitments holds promises made to customers; Completed lists closed tasks with each person's performance.
- Keep promises to customers in CommitmentsThe Commitments tab of My Work lists what you promised customers. It shows the stock watches Aria keeps, the check-ins she is waiting to send and the future-contact commitments your team recorded. Owners only.
- Work the Needs attention queue in My WorkNeeds attention is one ranked list of what needs a person at your location, in three sections. Customers waiting for staff and open tasks, decisions such as approvals, and what Aria did, will do or could not do.
