Nora can do it for you (Confirm)

For a short list of everyday changes, Nora prepares the exact change on a confirmation card and applies it only when you select Confirm. A typed "yes" is never enough.

What it is

Nora mostly explains and links. For a short list of everyday changes she can also do the work for you. She prepares the exact change, shows it on a confirmation card, and applies it only when you select Confirm. Typing "yes" never applies a change, and nothing a customer writes can trigger one.

The change runs through the same screen, rules and permission checks as when you do it yourself. Nora can only do what you could do on that screen, in the location you have selected.

Nora where you start something: Nora is offered when you start a task. For CRM forms, use the attached assistant described below. Forms & QR → New form still offers Start blank, Start from a template or Create with Nora through the global chat. Visits → Book appointment and Record walk-in still show Let Nora fill this in; those offers close the visit form and open the bottom-right Nora chat. You can also open the global chat yourself.

Everyday page actions: Nora fills contacts in the visible CRM form; a name, email or phone is enough to start, and the form checks duplicates when you explicitly create it. Separate confirmation cards can book an appointment (customer, type, day and time, booking resource and how the customer agreed; if you may prepare but not approve bookings it waits in Visits → Action review) and record a walk-in (the customer and their opportunity). For a Campaign Designer campaign, Owners use Create with Nora. Nora asks one short question at a time when a detail is missing, then prepares a Needs review draft on the canvas and never starts, sends, schedules or approves it. Older campaign confirmation cards are not the Campaign Designer path.

How to use it

Fill a CRM form with Nora

On Contacts, Opportunities and Proposals, choose Create with Nora when starting a record, or Create manually to fill it yourself. You can also ask the floating Nora chat to open and fill the form. Both views share your conversation, message box and permitted tools. Tell her the details and watch the supported fields fill in as she answers. You can correct any field yourself and continue in either Nora view without starting again. Help, billing questions, support tickets and specialist requests remain available in the form view.

On Inventory, open a vehicle and choose Edit with Nora, or ask Nora to update a named vehicle. She fills the same edit form you would; review the fields and select Save or Approve and save. She never creates a new vehicle from this path, invents a price, or claims availability changed before you save. On Ownership, Nora can check status, delivery evidence, source and linked records; she does not create ownership. Analytics has no Nora button or Create-with-Nora offer.

When you start in floating Nora, that chat stays open beside the form on a desktop. On a phone, the Contact fields scroll above the chat so you can use both. The attached conversation stays closed until you select Create with Nora in the form. Switching views keeps your conversation and unsent message. Minimizing floating Nora does not open the attached conversation.

Review the visible form, then use its normal Create button or Nora's Approve and create button. Both use the same form checks and save the same visible draft. Asking Nora to save, or typing "yes", does not save anything. Closing the form ends its draft binding; your Nora chat remains available. A late answer cannot overwrite a newer manual correction, and reopening chat history does not refill or save a form.

Owners can also use Nora while editing Lead scoring settings or a score automation, and save through the existing Save button or Approve and save. Nora never changes scoring settings or starts an automation just because you asked a question. Ask her about the current settings, scores and automation results to read the permitted live evidence. If a read is unavailable or incomplete, she says so.

Nora uses the fields and choices supported by the open form. Upload photos and use special record actions through their existing controls. Creating a proposal creates its draft only; approval, sending and commercial calculations remain separate. An email address or phone number never grants consent. Your role, selected location and plan still apply; saved-record inspection remains Owner-only.

Review a separate confirmation card

  1. Select a Nora offer where you start something (for example Create with Nora under New form), or tell Nora what you want or what is wrong, for example "Aria can't book appointments" or "I want a trade-in form on my website".
  2. Accept her offer to help.
  3. Answer her questions one at a time. She asks for every missing detail, such as a person, working days, hours or a reason, and never guesses.
  4. Read the confirmation card. It lists exactly what will change.
  5. Select Confirm to apply it, or Cancel to leave everything as it is.
  6. When the card says "Done. The change was saved.", select Review the change to open the normal screen.
  7. To edit or undo the change later, use that screen's own controls.

What the data means

What Nora can prepare: add a contact; book an appointment (showroom visit, test drive, service or pickup); record a walk-in; draft a campaign (email or text); set up a booking resource; turn on Book appointments; hand a conversation back to Aria; resolve a staff handoff; assign a conversation; create or assign a staff task; create a website form (draft); publish a website form. Billing (Owners only, on every plan): buy an add-on, change the plan, cancel the subscription, or ask for a refund. Support access (Owners only, on every plan): give QualiFlow support read-only access for 1, 24 or 72 hours, or end it.

Who can use which: conversation and task changes need the same access you would need in the Inbox or My Work. Contacts, appointments and walk-ins need the access you would need on Contacts or Visits. Campaign drafts, booking resources, Book appointments and website forms need an Owner, the same as on Settings → Booking and Forms & QR. A staff booking resource stands for an existing team member; it never creates an account or gives access.

Website forms: Nora asks what the form is for, the location, then the fields (keep, add, remove or rename a starting set; email or phone required), then a short visitor-facing heading — not notes about who uses the form. Skipped headings use that kind of form’s usual title. The Confirm card shows the fields you chose. The consent box stays on unless you ask for it off; Nora can't change its wording. Confirm saves a draft. Publishing is a separate card with the public link and QR code.

Journeys: journeys are managed by QualiFlow, so Nora can't edit, approve or switch them. She can tell you what a journey does and who is in it; to ask for a change, create a ticket in Support.

What Nora never does: send a customer message, delete or archive data, change consent rules or the STOP / opt-out line, change roles or permissions, buy numbers, connect channels, submit texting registration, approve Aria's live rules, or change a journey. Billing cards show the catalogue price and the saved card for an add-on, whether a plan change starts now (prorated, charged today) or at the end of your period, that cancelling pauses the workspace right away and keeps your data, or the refund amount. Staff are told to ask their Owner.

Possible issues and fixes

The card says it expired

Symptom: The card says "This confirmation expired. Ask Nora to prepare it again." and Confirm can't be selected.

Why: A confirmation card lasts 15 minutes.

Fix: Ask Nora again. She prepares a fresh card with the current details. Nothing was changed by the expired one.

How to check: The new card shows Confirm. After you select it, the card says "Done. The change was saved."

Nora made my form but it isn't on my website

Symptom: You confirmed Nora's form, but visitors can't find it.

Why: Nora saves a new form as a draft. Publishing is a separate step.

Fix: Ask Nora to publish it and select Confirm on that card, or select Publish on Forms & QR. Then share the public link or QR code, or embed the form on your website.

How to check: The card shows the public link and QR code, and the link opens the form.

Nora won't change a journey

Symptom: You asked Nora to change a journey's wording, timing or hours, or to switch it off, and she says she can't.

Why: Journeys are managed by QualiFlow. Nobody at the dealership, Nora included, edits, approves or switches them.

Fix: Create a ticket in Support and describe the change you'd like.

How to check: QualiFlow Support replies on the ticket.
